Saint Francis Memorial Hospital provides many things to many people:

To the child suffering serious burns, we provide the expertise of the internationally acclaimed Bothin Burn Center and the skill of the Hospital's team of plastic and reconstructive surgeons and specially trained staff.

To the jogger, tennis player, or professional athlete with a painful injury, we provide help in regaining physical ability at the nationally recognized Center for Sports Medicine.

To women and men suffering the pain and disability of joint dysfunction in hips, knees or shoulders, the Total Joint Center (TJC) brings the only comprehensive state of the art joint replacement service in San Francisco.  The multi-disciplinary approach of the TJC combines a team of professionals who provide pre-op education, surgery, rehabilitation and two years of follow-up care and support.  Recent patient Mary O'Conner is generous in her praise.  "I went in for hip replacement surgery at the Saint Francis Total Joint Center on a Monday and from that day on I was pain free."

To the cancer, heart or AIDS patient, we provide compassionate care backed by the most current clinical research and the latest advances in medical treatment and technology.

To the patient with a back or neck injury, we provide a new life free of chronic pain through the treatment, therapy, training and counseling of the San Francisco Spine Center.

To the senior citizen, we provide educational programs, insurance assistance and on-going health screenings.
